"I recently purchased a new home and decided to explore switching my two-vehicle insurance policy to another agency. When I reached out to Bobby Williamson’s State Farm office for assistance with the transition, I was met with less than helpful service. They refused to fill out the necessary paperwork to release the policy to my new agent and seemed more focused on reminding me that my upcoming bill was due. The customer service experience felt more like a transaction than the supportive, “like a good neighbor” experience you would expect from State Farm. With Bobby being out of the office frequently and unavailable to conduct business, it was clear that their priorities were elsewhere. If you're looking for an agency that genuinely cares about your needs and provides a seamless experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere."
